We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address and optional phone number when you join the waitlist, the contents of messages you send through our contact form, and the account details you provide if you join the VITAGUM member programme.

If you take our lifestyle quiz, The Everyday Edit, we save your answers (for example how often you exercise, your sleep, skincare and eating habits), the personality result, and where you found the quiz. We use them to email you your results, add you to the launch list, and understand our community as a whole. The quiz is for fun and is not a medical assessment; we do not use your answers to make health decisions about you.

When you place an order, payment and shipping details are collected and processed by Shopify, our commerce provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.

With your consent, we also collect basic usage analytics such as pages viewed and referring source. You can decline analytics cookies at any time and the site will work exactly the same.

To fulfil and support orders, to answer enquiries, to send you product and event updates you have asked for, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with providers that help us operate: Shopify (commerce and payments), our hosting and database provider, and our email and text-message delivery providers. Each processes information on our instructions. None of these providers may use your information for their own marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Members who separately check the optional VITAGUM Member Updates text consent box on the member RSVP form agree to receive text messages from VITAGUM about their membership and events, such as RSVP confirmations, day-of details and event updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or membership. We record your phone-specific consent choice, its date and the disclosure version; you can withdraw consent in your member text preferences or by replying STOP.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full SMS terms are in our Terms of Service.

Essential cookies keep the site and your cart working. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site.
