Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address and optional phone number when you join the waitlist, the contents of messages you send through our contact form, and the account details you provide if you join the VITAGUM member programme.
When you place an order, payment and shipping details are collected and processed by Shopify, our commerce provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
With your consent, we also collect basic usage analytics such as pages viewed and referring source. You can decline analytics cookies at any time and the site will work exactly the same.
How we use it
To fulfil and support orders, to answer enquiries, to send you product and event updates you have asked for, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us operate: Shopify (commerce and payments), our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. Each processes information on our instructions.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Residents of California and of Canadian provinces with private-sector privacy legislation have additional rights.
To make a request, email info@vitagum.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
